Cancellation Policy for Cheryl Anne’s Hair & Beauty
1. Appointment Confirmation
All appointments will be confirmed via SMS or email 24 hours prior to your scheduled visit. Please review the details upon receiving the confirmation.
2. Cancellations & Rescheduling

To reschedule or cancel your appointment without incurring any fees, please notify us at least 24 hours before your scheduled time.

Cancellations or postponements made less than 24 hours before your appointment will incur a 25% cancellation fee (deducted from any deposit paid, or invoiced separately).
3. No‑Shows

Failing to attend your appointment without prior notice (a “no-show”) will incur a 50% charge of the full scheduled service price.
4. Late Arrivals

If you're running late, please inform us as soon as possible.

If you’re more than 15 minutes late, we may need to shorten, reschedule, or cancel your appointment, depending on our availability and other bookings. Late arrivals may still be subject to the cancellation fee.
5. Special Situations
We understand that emergencies and unexpected situations can arise. If you’re unable to give 24 hours’ notice due to an emergency, please let us know—our team will do their best to accommodate your circumstances.
6. Deposits (if applicable)
For appointments requiring special preparation (such as hair coloring or bridal services), a deposit may be required to secure your booking. This deposit will be fully refunded if a cancellation is made with sufficient notice (i.e., 24 hours prior). If the cancellation is short-notice or you no-show, the deposit will be applied toward the cancellation fee.
